Important notification to our customers: Due to the current situation in Dubai, our operating hours are restricted from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM Saturday to Thursday. This may result in some delays in delivery. However, we are trying to adapt our processes to the situation to maintain our delivery services.

Tell me more about delivery time?

All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner. You can check your order status by logging in and checking ‘My Account’. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery within the UAE is usually between two to five working days.

How are products packaged, i.e. will they reach me safely?

In addition to retaining the original packing by the manufacturer, where needed, we then secure your purchases with additional packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

What if something happens to an in-transit product?

You can relax knowing we will deliver the goods safely and on time. If you experience any issues please email our Customer Service Centre customercare@ae.kaercher.com or call 800 KARCHER (5272437) between 8am and 5pm, Sunday to Thursday (excluding week ends and public holidays).

Karcher Center Dubai delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery service chosen.

Notes:

1. There are no deliveries on Fridays or UAE public holidays.
2. All orders will be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
